We handle the eviction process according to local regulations, change the locks, complete necessary board ups and add security fencing if warranted to make sure the interior of the property is secured.

Allow us to provide detailed 3D imagery of the property at the time of seizure to preserve the ability to include personal property items and other tangible assets to be seized and valued for the trial as well as providing vital information on the property for the seizure process. Additionally, our vendors can pack, Inventory, process, and store the items until such time as they are sold at auction.
